Why I Am Here

    In early 2007 I added " Run a Marathon" to my list of life goals.  It ranked #6 on my list.  I completed a 5k with my best friend Bo Hickey, and after the race we began talking about running a marathon.  After a day or two, we choose the Walt Disney World Marathon.

    Not long after that we discovered Team In Training (TNT).   TNT raises money through donations acquired through its volunteers. The donations are used by The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society (LLS), which are put toward blood cancer research and patient bills.  We realized that not only could we complete a personal goal, but we could better other people's lives at the same time;  We signed up immediately.  My main goal is to raise as much money as possible for the LLS, and to complete the marathon coming up in January.

Please donate what you can, and forward this website to anyone you think will donate.  All donations go directly to the LLS, which is 501(c)3 tax-exempt.
